Hi!
Does USP mentions any limit to vary the Following paramters of the Pharmacoepial Method.
1. Flow rate
2.Mobile phase composisition &
3.Retention time of main peak.
If anyone know about other paramaters apart from that i mentioned. pl tell me about that also.
Also, pl give me the reference where it is mentioned?
