Is there any infomation about the analysis of endotoxins like LPS or LIPID A by HPLC?
I found a lot of articles of chemiluminescence in combination with LPS, but not in combination with HPLC.
We want to follow the degradation of diffent lipopolysaccharides into LIPID A or the monophosphorylic compounds. Therefore we tried reactions with pentamidine or lucigenin, but we did't succeed. Specific phosphate reactions with ammonium molybdate are not useful, because we are not interested in the free phosphate, but in the bounded compounds.
