hy everybody!

I i'm looking for a protocol to elute albumin on a column TSK gel G3000, so i can determinate the amount of albumin in solution. what elute should i use?

In this lab best results with proteins are obtained with PBS (phosphor buffered saline, 0.15M phosphate + 0.15M NaCl) or other buffers that mimic Plasma/serum in ion strength. If you get adsorbance, besides size exclusion, you may have to add a modifyer to improve dissolution of the protein. If you really only do albumin: There are examples everywhere, in every catalog of column manufacturers.......
