I´m interested in reading something about the possibility of making a bypass in an autosampler in High speed HPLC, but I don´t know where I can find something.
Has anybody found any problem with their columns working in High Speed HPLC?

I am not exactly sure what your question is. But if you are working at high flow rates and are having problems with the pressure pulses then you can try one of the injection valves with a "make before break" design. I know Rheodyne makes one. Good luck.
