Can anybody out there help me please??? I am currently trying to develop a method to test the racemic intermediates of the synthesis of Bufuralol. I have a method for the separation of enantiomers of Bufuralol final product but these conditions do not work for the intermediates of the synthesis.
These conditions are;
Chirex column - 250x4.6mm
Solvent system; Hexane,1,2-Dichloroethane, Ethanol and TFA(5%).
UV=254nm
Can anybody suggest a way round this please???
