can anyone help me? I'm trying to purify a glycoprotein from the supernatant of cells. The protein is present in protein-free medium. It binds to strong anion exchange column. I have not tried many columns. Can you help me in finding the right columns to use? Which one should I used first? I have an FPLC from Biorad.
