first: Lamp data not found
two: System not calibrated
(lamp warmming 5 min)
three:Method not found

than display "error".

Your battery is shot. You need to order a new one. After you install the new battery, you will need to re-calibrate which is not hard to do.

Battery may be Panasonic CR2032, 3V. There is no need to buy it from Waters.

1. flush the cell with AcN,MeOH or water (UV transparent solvent). Remove cuvette (if inserted).
2. press shift and 3 (calibrate)
3. wait for a while, the system show you results.

Sometimes you will have to press "ENTER"...

Anyway, you should have operator's guide. The calibration is described on page 3-28.

hi i am having Nero 6 . i am getting the error msg as Calibration area full while burning. please let me how to solve this problem. i have used good cd's only.but i am getting the same erorr. i have also changed my software but even the problem arasies. pls help me.
