Hi ChromForumers,
I am looking for an HPLC method for Lactofen
(very nonpolar diphenyl ether) herbicide.
It looks like an acceptable candidate for
simple RP-HPLC (very high log kow, for example)
but the few refs I've seen used some
intense-looking GC methods. Any opinions?
thanks!

It should be easy to do on RP-HPLC. You might want to use a C8 column instead of a C18. A phenyl or cyano column would probably work too.
