Can anyone who has ChemStation v A.09.01 and ChemStore v B.02.01 with Security Pack, see if you get an error message when you try to access the help system. Exact steps taken are:
Select Help>Help Topics>ChemStation Reference>Data Analysis View>Menus>Integration (other topics to do with the core software also give this error).
We get an error message stating "Can not locate hpcscl00.hlp. Do you want to find this file yourself". This is in fact incorrect, since the information it should retrieve is in the hpcore.hlp file (the file in the error message is for ChemStore Client).
We have contacted Agilent and they have reproduced the problem, but would like to know if other users can too or if it is something peculiar to us.

Run your configuration from the start up menu and check any files are missing. If so then reload the software. This problem could be due to the errors (missing files) in the operating system also.

It works fine with ChemStation A.09.03 w/o ChemStore. I can try on a client with ChemStore later, but I can't go down to 9.01

I've got Chemstation A.09.01 nad Chemstore B.02.01, but when I try to follow your "path", I get confused, recheck your exact names. I assume this is from help in Chemstore, not Chemstation.

To last Anonymous - you need to do this from ChemStation.
Note that when you select "Integration" this will bring up a new help window and that is when the error message appears.
