I wonder i how to perform a forced degradation studies on RI detector as it will give response for my all other components like h2o2 , hcl naoh.

run a degradation blank (e.g. h2o2 solution without the analyte) for each solution. You should be ok if the reagent peaks are separated from the analyte peaks. Look for other degradation reagent if the reagent peak gets too close to analyte peaks. There are several peroxides, acids and bases available.

In case of RI detection proving the peak purity is not a simple task. You have to check not only tha blanks. You should compare the peak parameters (tR, peak width, N, symmetry)of a pure standard sample and that of the target compound peak in the stressed samples.
