We have developed several on-line extraction (LC/MS) methods in our lab; however, the quality of columns from the supplier we normally use has dramatically gone down in the last couple months. Does anyone know of a good supplier of on-line extraction columns?

I've never been entirely pleased with on-line methods. Too may things that can go wrong. This is why I prefer off-line methods. It is usually equally fast...

I too agree with the second statement....better go for offline instead of online...Offline saves lot of time....to avoid repeatetions....
