Is anyone aware of software which could be used to modify the signal, to linearize it, obtained with a ELSD and a Perkin Elmer Turbochrome Data System? Thank You.

Try to do a plot of Log concentration vs response. We have tried with the Seldex ELSD with PE AccessChrom. We got a linear function.

In a short range you can have a linear responce.
For wide range the first approach may be SQRT(area) = A*conc
If it is not enough the finest approach
area = A*conc^2+B*conc+C
