Hi all. Does anyone have a simple method of extracting fat and water soluble vitamins from a multi-vitamin tablet for HPLC analysis? This tablet includes both in addition to the minerals! thank you in advance.

I think you cannot analyse the minerals.
Just try to solve the vitamins in a solvents mxture. For example: chloroform-etOH-water. You must ensure that all of your vitamins can be extracted by the solvent with method validation.
