Any idea for good RP HPLC method for separation of cyanocobalamin from hydroxocobalamin?

Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) is a large and polar compound and it would therefore be interesting to study the separation on the ZIC™-HILIC column. What is the matrix?
I suppose that there are numerous of established standard methods available in textbooks, isn't it?

You may want to take a look at the Alltech Prevail C18 column. We've been using it here for vitamin analyis and it separates the vitamins including cyanocobalamin better than most RP columns we've tried. Hydroxy should come out just before. They have a method for water soluble vitamins on this column.
