Hi all. I need a HPLC method for impurity of ketokonazole.Neither USP/BP doesn't include a method. EP has one ( is called related substances )and gives 4 impurities. But related substances method doesn't talk about the impurities.
So, could you give me some information please ? If related substances and impurities are the same thing in general or this is aspecial circumstances 4 ketoconazole and can i find a quantative method for imp. of ketoconazole.

rel substanccs and rel impurities are pretty much the same thing..so go ahead with EP method.
