Agilent sells a phase "Zorbax Bonus-RP", which if I recall correctly is a C14 with embedded amide. They have 3um versions of many of their phases, so you might check with them. You might also check with Phenomenex, they sell some of the Zorbax phases as well.

Another version is the SymmetryShield and the XTerra RP column from waters. I am sure they come in 3 micron. There are phases like this too, for example from Macherey-Nagel, but I do not remember the particle size.
