I'm looking for a very sensitive method (nM) for creatinine dosages with maximum 1 ml sample.
I'm afraid about creatine interference.

Thank you for your help.

I have found this with a litle bit searching:

Column:XPERBOND C18, 125Å, 10µm, 300mm x 3.9mm
Mobile Phase: 1.44g of dodecyl sulfate sodium in 1000mL of a mixture of acetonitrile, water and phosphoric acid. (300:700:1)
Flow Rate: 1.0mL/min
Detector: 210nm

Although I don't know Xperbond C18, I guess it can be done with another C18 column. Try to vary your dodecylsulfate and acetonitrile, and you will find your method.
