We are considering the purchase of DryLab as a tutoring
tool for our undergarduate analysis course.
We would appreciate tips, lessons, recommendations,

Quit expensive as a tutoring tool.
Maybe you can download the demo version and ask a friendly company, that has purchased Drylab, to make some drylab files for your preferences.
These demo files can be opened in the demo version, they are not editable, but you can play with the variables as you want.
