Does anybody knows a method to determine residual EDC (1-Ethyl-3-Dimethylaminopropyl-carbodiimide) and / or EDU (ethyl-dimmethylaminopropyl-urea) in collagen following cross-coupling reaction?
I should demonstrate that our washing process for EDC is "fit for purpose" and until now I find almost no hints in the literature on reliable EDC analysis.

Mostly you expect that someone has done it before, but in this case I have my doubts.
