I am using Millenium32 system and I would like recommendations on how to calibrate the instrument.
We are running 14 samples
with 3-5 standards
I am interested in the bracketing technique.
Also are there any sites which explain GLP procedures in reference to calibration

Are you looking for "How To" information (example: How do I make Millennium automatically make calibration curves) or a recommendation on procedures (example: 3 standards are not enough)?

A recommendation on procedures. I know how to create a calibration curve using millenium. I just want to make sure I am calibrating enough during the run to account for changes during the run.

Try checking some of the documents here:
http://www.fda.gov/cder/guidance
You may be able to find the answer to your question.

OK
It sounds like you just want someone to say "Use this number of standards, over this range of concentrations, and run before and/or during and/or after your samples." It is a hard thing to say because every situation and anaylsis is different. You have written 'I just want to make sure I am calibrating enough during the run to account for changes during the run'. What changes are you talking about? Your 3 stds before the 14 sample may be more that adequate for your analysis. A little more info might be helpfull.

We run a standard curve up front. Then our procedure is to bracket a midpoint standard of the standard curve every six injections and one at the end of the run. This is a procedure written into our validated methods. Hope this helps.

Working in a contract research lab under GLP in the UK, we used to inject 5 standards to start with, then our middle standard every two or three injections and then the five standards at the end. A bit of an overkill, but it didn't feel so at the time. It also brought out inconsistent injection volumes from some of our equipment a few time!
