I analyse samples with HP1100 HPLC,the software is HP1100 chemstation,I want to report tailing factor in my result report,how can i do?.
i use the report style is performance.
resolution ,plate counts are all in report except tailing factor.

Just go the report and use extended performance and make sure to check taling factor option. In the menu "Method and run" go to sequence and click on extended statistics to have tailing factor option. Hope that works,

check the calculations manually cause there is a bug in the chemstation calculations of the usp tailing factor in case of a sloping baseline(atleast in A.08, maybe in 09 as well).
