Hi everyone,
I try to develope an HPLC method for aflatoxins determination in grains and also in some feeds.My question is:someone knows about sample preparation?Are there any treatment prior to injection that has good recoveries.
In some papers appears protocols to do that but many of them have some disadvantages.

I recommend to look at the Waters website. My colleagues have done exactly this type of analysis.
