I'm using a method for measuring MDA in biological
samples, but now I have an autoinjector and my
samples, once derivatized, are not stables. Who
know a method to measure MDA in biological samples
with an autoinjector?.
Thanks.

You analyze MDA by HPLC? I have GC/MS and GC/NPD methods that I can share--if you'd like them, either email me directly or post!

We analyze routinely MDMA, MDA, MDE and other psychoactive phenethylamines with LC-APCI-MS, without any derivatization. I can send you a preprint (will be published in J.Anal.Toxicol.) if you are interested.

I'm using a method for measuring basic drugs derivatized with PFPA in biological
samples, but I don't know the time they are stables. Who
knows good and fast method to derivatize and the time it resists? Thanks
