Can anyone suggest an alternative supplier for pump spares (piston and seals) etc for the Beckman 6300 AAA?
Also, Anyone got a good method for total Homocysteine on the 6300.

I would suggest buying one of the new Hitachi L-8800 Amino Acid Analyzers. Unbelievable resolution. You can go to their website:
http://www.hii.hitachi.com
and request technical note #62 for baseline separation of homocysteine from Cys & Mot.
Good Luck !!!

I will invite you to visit the website: http://www.biochrom.co.uk
and you will find information about the excellent Biochrom 20 amino acid analyser. All kind of application can be done. You will find also detailed information about the analysis of Homocysteine.
