Is it possible to run a 7:3 mixture of a solution of diisopropylamine in MeOH (1/500) and ammonium acetate solution (1/200) with flow rate 3 ml/min in a 3.9-mm x 30-cm column? It doesn't work in my LC due to its high pressure.
(See USP27-NF22 p.1057)

You can use 10µm particles (Packaging L1 max particle size = 10µm).

Besides this, you can adjust your flow as much as 50%, so it will be possible to us this method, with some adjustments maybe.

It should work without a problem, if the column is indeed the intended column (uBondapak C18). You may have a problem though: what is the pH, and how is the pH adjusted?
