I am teacher in a technological college in France and I've been given a HPLC column : Zorbax C8 4.6mm x 25 cm. But I haven't any protocole for separate any compound. Please if someone have a simple protocole for me to run for using this column.

Since we don't know what solvents and analytes you have available for demonstration purposes, I suggest you go to Waters Corp web site or any other company you would prefer and look at the examples using a reverse phase C8 silica column and see what YOU think is a good teaching example.
