Hi everyone,
when i run a diagnostic test the following error message appears (by status): octapole amplifier out of range .I've already tuned the ring electrode and the quadrapole/octapole RF Voltages but this did not help.I'm using LCQdeca from thermofinnigan.Recently I have cleaned the API stack. Does anyone know what can be the cause of the error message and how to solve it?
