To whom it may concern,
I have to compare several different fluorescent
dyes that I will use to derivatize the same
compound.
How can I measure their relative fluorescence
quantum yield (does it exist a mathematical
formula to make it) or chromatographic peaks
heights and areas ratios are already an indication
of this quantity?
Thank you very much in advance for your attention

If your purpose is to determine which is the best to use for derivatizing your compound, then the relative heights or areas of the peaks are what you need to know.
