We are looking at having to replace a $3000 pump assembly to correct a broken $1 spring within the pump. Does anybody know of a vendor for individual pump components or have investigated some sort of spring supply house?

I have gotten that part from Waters in the past. I do not remember the circumstances though. I think that the service rep can get them if you push nicely.
