I got a service contract quote from waters a couple of months ago (november i think). The quote covered my 2 year old 996 pda unit. I asked for a fresh quote since the old one ran out jan 10th. The 996 is no longer supported. Does anyone know of a third party vendor that does service contracts on orphaned waters equipment?
