There are a number of suppliers of such materials including: Dionex (IonPac NS1-5µm), Hamilton (PRP-1), Polymer Labs (PLRP-S), Supelco (Supelcogel TPR-100) and Showdex (RSpak RP18-413)

I know your message said a polymer column specifically, but if it is just because of the pH you are running at, you might consider one of the zirconia based columns out there. No, I don't work for them, just have used the product with good success and it does seem very stable and reliable. You might check with ZirChrom for info and many apps.
