Dear experts,
Recently we obtained a Waters fraction collector from other department. It's never been used for nearly two years except at the time of installation. Now we try to set it up, but we can't enter the operation screen after power on. It just remains the original status last time. There's no any troublshooting hints from use guide. We doubt there's something wrong with the battery or EPROM. Does anybody meet such situation before?

Hi Tony;Is it possible that a cable inside the unit has come loose ? Sometimes they are hooked up to inputs or outputs that can cause damage to internal components.Does unit recognize any input from the front panel?
