Has anyone been able to separate these under conditions suitable for LC-MS?

I haven't tried separating all three of these acids but I'm fairly certain that they can be separated at high pH on an IonPac AS11 column from Dionex. When used in conjunction with a suppressor (such as the ASRS Ultra II), this separation can be used in conjunction with LC-MS. If you're interested, I can obtain a sample of mannuronic acid to verify this separation capability.

We are developing a method for sugars and their respective acids and will update you shortly. Method will envolve Primesep B or Primesep B2 column and LC/MS compatible mobile phase (ACN, water and volatile acid or formate) with our Primesep B or Primesep B2 column). Check our website for updates www.primesep.com
