I need your help on method validation and bioequivalence study guidline according to FDA. For a drug, we need to develop method, validate it (linearity, precision, accuracy, recovery etc) and comparing two formulations. If any one have format of this (or protocol), please let me know. The microsoft excell will more good for me.
