I'm working on Ion scan LS cleaning validation and I need to make 50ml of 6.1microgram/microliter solution of Sucros. How many grams of Sucrose do I have to weigh? Please help with calculation.

Thankyou,

Weigh 0.305g and make up to 50ml.
i.e 6.1ug * 1000 * 50 = ug/50ml
ug/50ml/1000,000 = g/50ml
Hope that's right
John
