I'm preparing a sample for HPLC and can anyone tell me how to prepare 50ml of 2.5microgram/microliter solution of Aspirin? Solvent is Isopropyl alcohol. Thanky you,

2.5ug/ul = 2.5 x 1000 ug/ml = 2500ug/ml
2500 x 50 = 125000ug/50ml
125000/1000,000 = 0.125g/50ml
so weigh 0.125g into a 50ml volumetric flask and make it to the mark with the solvent.
