I would like your advice regarding HPLC column for the separation of 2 - Amino Benzamide (2-AB) Glycans by HPLC.
In Bigge’s article he used the GlycoSep C column, I do not have this column and thought of using different DEAE column instead (TSKgel or SupelcoGel) Dose someone has any experience with other column?
