I am trying to recover 5-OH-Thiobendazole, Thiophanate-Methyl, and Oxamohydroxy Acid using an API 3000 Triple Quad. My standards are fine when put in matrix. Linearity of .99 or better. I need a good extraction method for sample clean-up. I get little or no recoveries for these three compounds, whereas the rest of my carbamate compounds have great recoveries. And since, I can see my compounds in my standards with matrix, I feel I am losing these three compounds in my extraction. So anyone have any good methods? Or Suggestions?

Here is a method that might help you to get started, or it even might work directly (thiabendazole in citrus):
