Could anyone please tell me how to detect dimethyl succinate using HPLC coupled with UV detector?

UV at about 205 nm will enable you to detect ppm quantities of this chemical in a sample. Mobile phase must be non absorbing, so use acetonitrile/water. This ester can hydrolyze quickly so don't leave samples with trace amounts sitting in water, especially basic water.
You may wnat to know where the half ester elutes so you can tell if there has been hydrolysis. In this case the eluant should be acidified a bit with phosphoric acid.
