iam working in a product for stability study at 40°c /75% RH. will the humidity affect the product which i kept for study. The product packed in polybag tied with rubber strip under nitrogen then placed and another polybag heatsealed then packed in aluminium bag.

Chances are the humidity will not have a significant effect your study. However, your set-up may have integrity issues that may be seen in your stability data. Leak testing your set-up is the only way to know for sure.

when I studied the effect of various pH on photoxidation degradation kinetic of a candidate drug (Neutral molecule), under UVA radation at constant buffer(0.05M), ionic strength (0.2M). In thesse conditions, I got apparent first order rate constant. I plot the Log (Rate constant) v/s pH, I found a bell shaped graph. I repeat the experiment three time under the same experimental conditions, every time I found the same results. Drug is rapidly degrade at pH 5.0 within two hour. But I can not understand the nature of bell shaped graph, and what does it indicate. Please give me conclusion and comments on bell shaped graph
Sir Drug contain the basic structure R-S-CH3.Sir I used the following pH in this study:

pH 2.1 0.01N HCl
pH 11.9 0.01N NaOH
pH 4, 5,and 6 citrate buffer
pH 7.5 Phosphate buffer

Thanks in advance
