I have sunscreen which contains Avobenzone, Octinoxate and oxybenzone. HPLC condition: UV at 300nm, mobile phase: 85:15 Methenol: Water. Column is 1.5X250 bondapack (waters). I coun't get separation of Avobenzone and Octinoxate. They overlap each other. Please help me to solve this problem. Thanks.
