Hi folks !

I am trying to determine these #{@ and stupid TNBP and Triton X-100 that are present in trace amount in my samples, by using UV-HPLC. Looks like those stupid molecules are not very UV-active. Would someone provide some clue on how to detect this ? Other kind of detectors ?

I'm sure you will help me...;)

Thanks

Pol

Triton X100 is definitely UV active but TNBP is UV transparent. You need to try RI or ELSD for this analyte.

You can try to detect this two "stupid" molecule by RID for hight concentrations (>20ppm).
