Dear numbers,
The engineer is out of work temporarily. I meet a very strange phenomenon. When the LC (prior to the MS)method starts run, MS cone voltage and extractor voltage then could not be kept at 30V and 6V I set before.If I get the MS spectrum from the MS tune "aquire" the two voltage is stable at those voltage. The mobile phase is same always.
Could anyone give me something useful?
