I am looking for an application to run Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B6 in one run on HPLC.
Samples are whole blood, hope you can help

We have never looked for vitamins in blood, but since you are working with such complex samples, you need sample preparation. We have worked out several sample preparation techniques for blood samples - usually for pharmaceuticals, but the principles can be applied for your problem as well. Look for Oasis sample preparation techniques at the Waters webside, or I can send you an article published in the Handbook of Analytical Separations, if you contact me.
