Hi all together,

I search for explanations of Error Messages in a Waters Alliance System 2695.
In the Operators Guide are only a few messages declared and in the WWW I found only the japanese explanations. My japanese is unfortunatly not very well ;-)
Could anybody help me? A link or every tipp I get, would be great!

Thank you an best regards

My currently error message is : Degasser h/w fault (3). Waters explained me this problem. Since we have more frequently problems with our implement, we would like to have a overview of all the messages and numeric codes.
Here I have the english messages but the japanese explanations :-(

A service manual is what you need. I don't think you will find them published anywhere. They come on a CD now and I think you need to have service approval to get them.

I believe that Waters service manuals are available as downloads (pdf files) from their website.

I don't think so. Waters would not give away something like that, not when they can charge for them. You can get users manuals, but not service manuals. But, if they do indeed give them away, please provide a link to them, I could not find them on their site.
