Our lab currently has Waters Millenium 32 (3.05.01)data collection software. For our chromatogram reports, we list sample weights, dates, dilution factors etc. However, I cannot figure out how to get our internal standard amounts to show up in our reports. From what I can find, there is no listing for "amounts" (internal standard concentration). I appreciate any help I can get on this topic.

Thanks

From the reports publisher, drag in the 'all peaks table', amounts is there.

Once you add the "all peaks table" you can edit the table by using the properties. This will allow you to add/delete columns. After the columns are added check the column properties because the default is expressed in exponential notation. The peak responses can also be included in the report. For int std calibration the response will be ratio of the acitive/int std. For external cal the response = peak area.

I hope this helps
