Hi

I work in a ISO 17025 certified lab. For the first time we must validate an HPLC analysis method for certification (aflatoxins in food).

Since our method is fully norm-based (we follow nearly at 100% a norm), to what extent must validation tests be done? (I guess that it must be a less strict validation than if we wanted to certify a non-norm based method)

Is there a guide/norm/book which is specifically aimed at this subjet (certification of norm-based methods)?

We would like our method certified for 4 matrix. Must all validation tests be done for every matrix (linearity, repetability, recovery, detection/quantification limit...) or only some of them?? Which ones?

Your help would be very helpful!
Thank you
