Currently running a fairly standard LC method (20mM phosphate,10mM octanesulphonic acid, 10 % Methanol) which doesn't seem to be very robust (day to day RT variation).
Would I be better off using another reagent ie SDS and is there a preferred RP column I shoul be using ?
