hi,
I am going to analyze some acidic compounds by HPLC, I found in literature methods in which have been used either TFA (0.1%) or TEA (0.1%). I know that TFA can cause problems in a further LC-MS analysis and maybe I can replace it by formic acid but, what about the TEA?
could you suggest me any alternative?
