Has anyone heard about this drug??? I'm supposed to analyse it but i don't even know how to start. I've made a try picking a RP 18 250 x 4 Column up. It was not worthy to work with methanol, acetonitrile and water.....

Do you mean Pimethixene, CAS# [314-03-4] ?

I've never analyzed that one, but I think that should work just fine on a C18. Please state the LC and detection conditions you are starting with, and some info about the structure of your analyte, and I'm sure someone here will be able to help you.
